Death and Rebirth.

I believe in reincarnation because many people talk about life after death and rebirth. 

Also, it seems that there is a mission in this life. 

If there is a mission, I would like to know what it is. 

In my case, wouldn't it be to 'live happily'? 

Because I'm always in a bad mood. 

It's not good to be in a bad mood. 

It causes trouble for others and hurts myself. 

How much better would life be if I could live in a good mood all the time? 

But it is very difficult to be in a good mood all the time. 

That's why it's a mission. 

So how do we live happily? 

Maybe it's by taking care of our own moods.

私は輪廻転生を信じている。

非常に多くの人々が死後の世界や生まれ変わりについて語っているからだ。

しかも、今世には使命があるそうだ。

もし本当に使命があるのなら、私はそれを知りたい。

私の場合、「機嫌良く生きる」ことではないだろうか？

何故なら、わたしはいつも機嫌が悪いからだ。

機嫌が悪くてよいはずはない。人に迷惑をかけるし、自分が損をする。

いつも機嫌よく生きることが出来れば、どれだけ人生が良くなるだろうか。

しかし、常に機嫌を良く生きることは、とても難しい。

難しいからこそ、使命なのだ。

では、どうすれば機嫌よく生きることができるのだろうか？

おそらくそれは自分で自分の機嫌を取ることだ。
