I have a problem that I have not been able to solve so far. It's my motivation for learning English. Many experts on English learning say that motivation is important to become fluent in English. Becoming fluent takes time, and each person has different goals. It's not easy to stay motivated to reach your goal. This is why motivation is important. I understand this reasoning. However, I don't have a specific motivation. The only reason I can think of is money. I want to be able to apply for jobs that require English proficiency so I can earn more money than I do now. But this reason lacks specificity. I think I need to consider what kind of job I want to have, but I haven't done that. Can you really not become fluent without motivation? I don't think so. I believe that many Japanese people who want to become fluent in English have the goal of becoming fluent as the purpose in and of itself. For example, many people play tennis or dance as a hobby. These people have different motivations, but I feel like the most common ones are because it's fun, interesting, or good for their health. For me, what's more important than motivation is willpower. Willpower is a method of converting "I will do it" thoughts into daily practices. If I have the willpower to become fluent, even without a clear motivation, I should be able to become fluent. If I can become fluent, I can prove it.

I am currently working on learning English. Although I was weak in English when I was a student, I am now studying while feeling anxious about whether I can really become able to speak English and thinking about why I want to be able to speak English. How to practice English 2
Last time, I wrote about the thought process for writing an English diary. This time, I will write on the same theme. The purpose of writing in English is to improve English skills. Therefore, writing a diary is not necessary. It's okay to write your own opinion about an article on the internet. However, it's difficult to think and write in English. I want to be able to freely express my thoughts and opinions in English. To do this, it is necessary to have my own thoughts and opinions. And then, it's necessary to have a way to express them in English. If you use web AI services, you can easily translate Japanese into English, and it's free. What a wonderful world it is. After translating my thoughts into English, I just need to be able to say them. I think that by repeating this, I will be able to think and express in English. There is a method for quick English speaking practice called "Instant English Composition." In other words, by doing "Instant English Composition" with sentences that translate your thoughts into English, I think that you can become proficient in English. My favorite computer game.
I like computer games. Although I play less than before. Right now, I am playing the free online game "DOAXVV," which is run by Koei Tecmo. It's an adult game where girls in swimsuits play beach volleyball. It's a paid game, but I have never paid for it and don't plan to. The biggest attraction of this game is the sexy characters in swimsuits. My favorite is Tamaki-san, who is mature and sexy. I also like Amy and Shanti. However, playing for a long time is unproductive, so I think it's important to play with moderation.

I played computer game all day. It was Doa Xvv. It's very exciting game for me.
I studied English all day. It is difficult for me. I ate apple pai for lunch. It was delicious.
but it was about 300 yen. It was so expensive.
I went to the hospital yesterday. I went to the cinema. I watched film in Aeon cinema.
The film was The slum dunk. It's basket ball anime.
It was so exciting film. I was really excited. It's so amazing and fantastic.
It was the most interesting film I've ever watched this year.
It's so cold and rainy today. I'm going to work tomorrow.

Tomorrow, it's my day off. I'm very happy.

144日ぶりの出勤
本日、5月21日（金曜日）、新派遣先の初就業日である。前職を退社してから144日ぶりの出勤だ。派遣先は彼女の自宅から地下鉄を乗り継ぎ約1時間の距離にある。
満員電車の通勤に空気が歪むような不安を感じていたものの、緊急事態宣言により余裕で吊り手につかまることが出来た。帰宅時には座席に座ることも出来た。大きな声では言わないものの、新型コロナ騒動の陽の部分である。
派遣のお仕事初日はこうだった。
朝礼後の1時間程度は軽めのオリエンテーション。その後、上司の指示に従いメールで送られた資料をひたすらに読み込む。お昼休憩をはさみ午後も自習続行。途中30分程度の研修があり、その後、定時まで黙々と自習。「自習」といえば聞こえはいい。誤解を恐れずにいえば、放置状態ともいえる。この内容ならリモートワークで対応できる。
憶えるべき業務知識は沢山あるので遊んでいる暇はない。いい加減に終日の自習は飽きる。15時過ぎには家に帰りたくなった。いくらなんでも就業初日から帰るわけにいかないのは自明の理だ。眠気に耐えながら定時までやり抜きとおしたのは彼女の誇りである。
仕事の内容よりも彼女が気にしていたのは派遣先の事業所の設備だ。一つ目はウォーターサーバーがあるかどうか。ふたつ目はパソコンがデスクトップかラップトップなのか。
とりわけ一つ目のウォーターサーバーの有無はお財布にとって重要だ。時すでに5月後半、大分暑さが増している。当然、水分補給も多くなる。ウォーターサーバーがあれば、無料で水を飲めるためとても経済的だ。なければ自販機でペットボトルを買わなくてはならない。毎日ペットボトルを一本買うとして、単価120円×出勤日数21日で2,520円。この出費は痛い。前職の事業所にもウォーターサーバーがなくて不便だった。
結論だけいうとウォーターサーバーはなかった。
とても暗い気持ちになった。でも現実的に持参できる水筒（500ml）で我慢するしかない。
2つ目のパソコン。彼女の希望はデスクトップ。ラップトップはキーボードの文字配列がメーカーごとに特殊な配列なので、非常に使いづらいのだ。
結論をいうと事業所のパソコンはラップトップタイプ。彼女の気持ちは打ち上げられた魚のような気分だ。パナソニック製のレッツノートという製品だ。レッツノートを触るのははじめてのことである。キーの配列を見ると、とても独特な仕様である。独特の配列に彼女は困惑した。彼女が普段使用しているレノボ製のラップトップ。ファンクションキーとFnキー同時操作しないとF1～F12のキーを操作できないヘンテコ仕様である。
レッツノートにもFnキーはあるものの、ファンクションキーの操作にFnキーの操作は不要。問題はレッツノートのFnキーの配置なのだ。一番左下のキーがFnキー、Ctrlキーはその右隣である。異彩を放つ配列だと感じる。
Ctrlキーの操作を多用する彼女のような使い手にとって、このキー配列は致命的といっていいほど使いづらいのだ。
半角/全角キーがEscキーの右隣にあるというのも、非常に使いづらい。
一つだけいい点があるとすれば、重量が非常に軽いことだ。同じA4サイズのレノボより圧倒的に軽い。この点には非常に感心がいった。
残念なことにレッツノートを持って歩く機会はまったくないに等しいので、彼女にとって意味がない。
この2点は完全に期待外れだ。さりながら彼女自身で解決できない問題だ。いくら悩んでも仕方ない。
よい点もだくさんある。仕事内容は彼女にとってお手軽なレベル、ほぼ残業なしで定時に退社できる、土日祝日の休業は大きなメリットだ。
片道1時間の電車通勤時間を上手に活用すれば、簿記3級の参考書を読むこともできるし、定時に終われば19時前に自宅に到着だ。こんなに時間的な余裕があれば、仕事をしながら簿記3級に合格出来ると思える。
簿記3級の学習と仕事は両立できるメドが立った。
平日は通勤時間等のすきま時間を活用しながら、土日は集中的に勉強すれば、簿記3級に合格できそうだ。
本日現在、まだまだ合格出来る実力には至らない。やるべきことは沢山ある。一つひとつ課題をクリアしながら、着実に学習を進めていこう。

【簿記3級】合格に赤信号点灯、精算表で躓く
本日は5月13日だ。
、とちょっとした思いつきから試験勉強を開始して11日経過。
「精算表」で躓いた。合格に赤信号点灯中である。
その前に。
最初は参考書と問題集のみ、独学で合格できると思った。
しかし通信講座も受講したほうが良いかなと心変わりし、通信講座を追加。
これがよくなかった。
何故か？
通信講座は、ある程度の期間（長くて3ヶ月程度）、時間をかけて学ぶための教材。
当然、学習者は通信講座のカリキュラムに合わせて学ぶことになる。
動画の視聴だけで30時間。
2倍速でも再生できるが、理解が追いつかない。
そもそも一回視聴して終わりにはならないので、理解できなければ繰り返し視聴する必要もある。

簿記3級試験の学習進捗率80％
本日、派遣会社から連絡があり就業日が決まった。
当初、5月最終週（第5週）になると聞いていた。
このため日程が前倒しになることは全く想定していなかった。
しかし、そのまさかである。
なんと5月第4週の最終日からの出社に決まってしまった。
今度のお仕事は土日祝日が完全休業日。
なので出社初日直後に土日の二連休となる。なんで？と思うが仕方がない。
今後の予定が固まったので、簿記試験3級試験の学習のピッチを上げざるを得ない。
本日現在の進捗率80.8％。
5月4日からの通信講座の動画再生時間ベースである。
