I try to take walks twice a day, in the morning and evening, on my days off. This is because I make it a point to walk more than 8,000 steps a day.

When I went out for a walk after 5:30 PM, it was already pitch black outside. As I looked up at the night sky, I saw a strange sight. The crescent moon, Venus, and another mysterious celestial body were lined up almost in a straight line.

I wonder what this could be.

When I got home and watched the live video on Weather News, it turns out that the other celestial body was Jupiter.

This was my first time seeing Jupiter. I was impressed by how bright it looked.

I drink coffee every day because I have found that it helps me relax.

I used to pour in a little bit of hot water and stir for about 20 seconds, but the video says there's a trick to it. 

The trick is to pour 140 ml of hot water all at once and wait four minutes. If you have Amazon Echo, you can easily control the timer with your voice.

February 23th

 Today is Thursday, February 23, and the weather in Tokyo is cloudy with clear skies later. The high temperature is 14 degrees, which is much warmer than yesterday.

Today is a national holiday called the Emperor's Birthday. It's interesting that even though February only has 28 days, there are two national holidays in this month. I wonder what I should do today?

Since the weather seems to be good today, I want to do laundry and wash my sheets and blankets.

I plan to study English more than usual. I also have to file my tax return and apply for paid leave. There are many things to do, so I'll take them one at a time.

This month is almost over, and time seems to fly by so fast. If I'm not careful, my life could be over before I know it. I'm going to work hard to make the most of my remaining life.

Today, February 21, KOUEI's online computer game DoaXVV received an update, adding new characters. The total number of characters available is 28, with 26 available to me.

February 20th

Wow, it's already Monday and the fourth week of February! 

And can you believe we have a national holiday coming up on Thursday the 23rd? 

Yay! I can't wait to have a break from work and enjoy the day off. 

This week is gonna be a breeze since I only have to work four days, woohoo!

But, ugh, being just a temp means my paycheck is gonna take a hit. 

It's frustrating and puts a damper on my excitement for the holiday. 

But still, I'm grateful for a little break and time to relax.

Writing in my diary every day to practice English is tough. 

I struggle to write simple and concise expressions.

I try to keep it simple and sweet, but it's still a challenge.

I'm thinking of tweeting my daily sentences to help me improve my spoken English.

But I know that next month, I'll have to come up with a new strategy.

2月20日月曜日。2月ももう4週目。今月も後残りわずかです。23日木曜日は国民の祝日。このため今週は会社に4日だけ行けばよい。いつもと比べるととても気が楽だ。

派遣社員のため、収入が減るため単純に祝日だからといって喜べない。だけど祝日があると気持ちが楽になるのは間違いない。

英語の学習のために日記を書いている。あまりに長い文章や複雑な文章を書くと、難易度が高くなってしまう。なるべく短くシンプルな英語を書くようにしよう。

書いた文章を毎日つぶやけば、英語が話せるようになるのかな。今月いっぱいは、書いた日記をつぶやく練習を続けてみよう。3月になったらまた新しことを試すかもしれない。英語を話せるようになるためには、色々と試してみることが必要だと思う。

February 19th

It's Sunday, the last day of a two-day weekend...

Ever since I was a kid, I've always hated Sundays. Because I have school on Monday (I work now).

On Sunday morning I can still feel like I'm on vacation, but in the afternoon it's all over. I feel depressed.

Well, today's weather in Tokyo is cloudy and sometimes sunny. But there is a chance of showers.

I wash sheets and blankets every Sunday, but I think I'll stop today.

I've been worried about my weight gain lately, but it's finally starting to come off. I'm going to keep an eye on the scale every day. I want to eat as much protein as I can. I know cooking meat is a hassle, but I'm going to eat chicken breast because it's a good source of protein for weight loss. Chicken breast is very good for losing weight.

I'm going to study English again today. I study English because I want to get a better job, increase my income, and live a rich life. I can't afford to skip it, can I? I can't wait to speak English. I will definitely learn to speak English by the end of this year.

 今日は日曜日、二連休の最終日だ。

子供のころから、日曜日は苦手だ。何故なら月曜日は学校があるからだ（今は仕事）。

日曜日の午前中はまだ休み気分でいられる。しかし午後になると気分が憂鬱になってくる。

さて、東京の天気は曇り時々晴れとのこと。しかしにわか雨が降る可能性がある。

毎週日曜日はシーツと毛布を洗濯をする日だが、今日は止めておこう。

最近、体重が増加していたので食事に気を付けていた。ようやく体重が減りだした。今後も気を緩めずに毎日、体重の計測は継続しよう。食事はできるだけタンパク質を多く摂りたい。なるべく鶏胸肉を食べようと思う。肉の調理は面倒なため、普段、あまり肉は食べない。けれでも鶏胸肉は減量にとてもよい食材なのだ。

今日も英語の勉強を頑張ろう。私が英語を勉強するのは、もっと良い職業に転職して収入を増やし、豊な生活を実現するためだ。早く英語を話せるようになりたいな。必ず今年中に英語が話せるようになります。

Loxonin

Since catching a cold in November last year, I have been experiencing symptoms where my whole body feels uncomfortable every Saturday night.

It seems that the inflammation in my back, legs, and lower back, which are usually painful, worsens temporarily.

Despite the long weekend, I feel depressed.

While researching ways to deal with this, I suddenly thought of something. What if I take Loxonin to alleviate the pain?

I immediately purchased Loxonin at the pharmacy. One tablet can be taken up to twice a day.

I thought it would be better to take it before the symptoms appear, so I took one tablet during lunch and one tablet during dinner.

症状が出る前に服用したほうがよいと思い、昼食時に一錠、夕食時に一錠を服用した。

結果として、かなり痛みを緩和することが出来た。

多少は痛みがあるが、いつもと比較すると大幅に症状が緩和出来ているのはうれしい。

もっと早くロキソニンを服用すればよかったなーと思った。
